SecretPaste for HR and operations

Sensitive documents. A smaller footprint.

Send documents that expire on their own. Give candidates and colleagues a deliberate way to receive a private file or message.

SecretPaste for HR and operations

The conversation can stay. The attachment need not.

Some operational handoffs are temporary even when the surrounding process lasts longer. Deliver the sensitive text or file separately, with explicit access and expiry controls.

Encryption

A considered recipient step

Recipients decide when to reveal the content. Email or domain restrictions on supported plans add mailbox verification before access.

In your browser

Time-bound availability

Choose a lifetime that fits the handoff. Expired links stop delivering the payload, reducing the copies left accessible through the service.

An explicit reveal

After delivery

A separate delivery record

Receipts can document reveal events without reproducing the content. They are delivery context, not a signature, proof of reading, or a compliance certification.

The link expires

A straightforward handoff

From your browser to theirs.

  1. 01

    Check the handoff

Confirm your organization permits the material to be shared this way and identify the intended recipient.

  2. 02

    Set access and expiry

Select the document or paste the text. Apply the appropriate settings available in your plan.

  3. 03

    Send through the agreed channel

Share the complete link privately. Keep required records in your organization’s approved systems.

The recipient gets the secret. Our servers never get the plaintext or the decryption key.

The SecretPaste browser encryption boundary

Before you share

A few useful answers.

Does the recipient need a SecretPaste account?

A standard link can be opened without an account. Recipient-gated links require the allowed mailbox to be verified.

Is a receipt an electronic signature?

No. A receipt records delivery events. It does not establish agreement, identity, or proof that the contents were read.

Can SecretPaste enforce our retention policy?

Link expiry governs availability through this service. It cannot remove recipient copies or replace your organization’s records and retention systems.
